The Taiwan Fa Festival Executive Committee will hold the event on August 29th (Fri), 30th (Sat), and 31st (Sun) in 2025.<\/p>\n

The Taiwan Faasai 2025 will be held at Ueno Park, Takenodai Square (Fountain Square). <\/p>\n

This event, modeled after a Taiwanese night market, will feature Taiwanese food such as authentic Xiaolongbao, Lu Rou Fan, and Dai Ji Bai, as well as a market area with Taiwanese goods. There will also be a full range of content that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including target practice games, tarot and palm readings, and lucky calligraphy by flower calligraphers.<\/p>\n

Performances such as lion dances and the Third Prince are also scheduled, making this a valuable three days where you can experience Taiwanese culture with all your senses.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

[Taiwan Festival]<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The name is a play on the name of the event festival, which is a Taiwanese festival called "Fat Tsai."<\/p>\n

It is an auspicious phrase used in New Year's greetings, meaning "May you become rich," and is used to wish for financial luck, good fortune, and prosperity.<\/p>\n

We are looking for volunteer staff to help us.<\/p>\n

All communication with the volunteer organization will be done through the Taiwan Fa Festival Volunteer Official LINE.<\/p>\n

Please make sure to have a LINE account before applying.<\/p>\n

If you are unable to set up an account, please apply with someone who can contact you via LINE.<\/p>\n

The chat is a one-on-one chat group with the person in charge.<\/p>\n

Time: 9:00 – 21:30 (20:30 on Sundays only) *Will proceed even if it rains \/ Will be cancelled if it is stormy<\/p>\n

You can participate for as little as one day depending on your schedule.<\/p>\n

Please try to attend the entire day if possible. Activity times are tentative.<\/u><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Those who meet the following conditions<\/p>\n

\u30fbAge 18 or older<\/p>\n

\u30fbThose who have no problem participating in outdoor activities<\/p>\n

\u30fbThose who can take part in group activities<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Activities (planned)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u30fbPreparation and dismantling of the festival<\/p>\n

\u30fbEco Station operation (guiding customers on waste separation and waste transportation)<\/p>\n

\u30fbClean up the venue (picking up trash and cleaning food and drink tables)<\/p>\n

\u30fbDistribution of pamphlets on the day<\/p>\n

\u30fbStage assistance (equipment delivery, directing related vehicles, waiting room management, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u30fbOther event management assistance<\/p>\n

Teams will be formed on the day of the event.<\/p>\n

With the exception of a few people, activities will be carried out in rotation among each person in charge.<\/p>\n
