The Tokyo Retail Liquor Dealers Association, the Tokyo Liquor Dealers Cooperative Federation, and the TOKYO Sakeya Tamashii Executive Committee will hold the "13th Sakeya Kakuchi Festival" for three days from November 6th (Fri) to 8th (Sun), 2026, at Takenodai Plaza (Fountain Plaza) in Ueno Park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Sake Shop Standing Bar Festival started in 2018 with liquor stores taking the lead, under the theme of "Making Japanese sake culture more accessible and more enjoyable." Through "standing bar and sake tasting experiences," it provides opportunities to experience the charm of sake and aims to give young people over 20, who are increasingly moving away from alcohol, a chance to become familiar with it.
\n Furthermore, we prioritize creating a safe and enjoyable drinking environment that is "correct, fun, and positive," and we continue to engage in awareness campaigns to prevent underage drinking and eliminate drunk driving.
\n Through these efforts, we create a space where visitors can safely enjoy alcohol while experiencing the charm and depth of drinking culture, and we continue to hold this event as a way to connect a healthy and rich drinking culture to the future.<\/p>\n
