Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) is still loved around the world with bright colors and strong brushstrokes. In his 37-year life he worked as a painter for only 10 years, and most of his masterpieces were painted in just a few years of his later years. <\/p>\n

At the age of 27, he initially wanted to be a painter, and while interacting with the Hague in the Netherlands, Van Gogh used to draw rural landscapes and still lifes in dark colours. A drawing with the Hague who drew the scenery and things that I saw and drew a lyrical scene based on it
\n By (Kaiko), I learned the basics as a painter. After that, I met \u201cImpressionism\u201d in Paris, which I moved with my brother Teo's recommendation, and I was surprised at the effect of bright colors, and established my own style. <\/p>\n

In this exhibition, in which about 40 works of Van Gogh are gathered from around the world, in addition to the representative works of his later years such as Itosugi, valuable initial works will also come to Japan. Also on display are about 20 works by painters who had a great influence on him, such as "The Hague School" Mauffe and Trumpart, "Impression School" Monet, Renoir, Pissarro. Starting from the early stages of painting showing the origin as a painter, it follows a dramatic growth process from becoming a painter representing Post Impressionism. <\/p>\n
