Maitreya, the future Buddha, brings the light of salvation to this dark and sunken world. Miroku, which is widely known in East Asia and has penetrated deeply into Japan, crosses time and space from the birthplace of Gandara, follows the Silk Road, the road of trade and Buddhism, passes through Hinduism, crosses Tianshan, and crosses the sea to the east. It has reached Japan.<br \/>\n In the 6th century, the Great Buddha of Miroku (Western Great Buddha) with a statue height of 55 meters was engraved on the cliff of Bamiyan in Afghanistan, which was the relay point, and it was worshiped by many people. However, during the war, the Buddhas of Bamiyan were destroyed and lost their ancient appearance.<br \/>\n In this exhibition, the Maitreya Bodhisattva statues of Gandhara and Afghanistan, and the "Blue Maitreya" of the Bamiyan E cave Buddha's ceiling mural, which was restored to its original size using the technology of the super clone cultural property, will be the center of the super clone's Dunhuang Mogao Caves 275 cave exchange. Follow the path of Maitreya by gathering the statue of Maitreya Maitreya, the ceiling mural of the Great Buddha of Bamiyan "Tensho Keru Sun God", and the wall of Horyuji Kondo No. 9.<br \/>\n This exhibition is "Creation of Innovative Innovation" promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, following "Tokyo University of the Arts Afghanistan Special Exhibition" (2015) and "Shinshin Denshin-Clone Cultural Property Regeneration of Lost Times" (2017).
