The 6th "National Plum Wine Festival in Tokyo 2023" will be revived at Ueno Park for the first time in four years. This authentic plum liqueur is made using the finest ripe plums from Nanko plums and brewed with "Dassai Junmai Daiginjo Polished 20\/30%". It was developed in collaboration with Asahi Shuzo Co., Ltd., a sake brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the Umeshu Study Group ( https:\/\/umeshu-sg.jp\/<\/a> ).

We sell various plum wine drinks such as \u201cPlum wine beer\u201d using plum wine that won the gold medal at the National Plum Wine Competition, \u201cPlum wine soda\u201d, and \u201cPlum wine tea\u201d. Also, the food at this plum wine festival has been upgraded. Popular kitchen cars will gather and show off the marriage with the gold medal plum wine.
