The National Museum of Nature and Science (Director: Kenichi Shinoda) will hold the 12th HITNET mini-exhibition “Bringing out the characteristics of metals – Japanese industrial technology” from March 4th (Tuesday) to April 13th (Sunday), 2025 (Reiwa 7). The 12th HITNET Mini Exhibition “Bringing out the Features of Metals – Japanese Industrial Technology”<\/p><\/div>\n

The National Museum of Nature and Science has released “HITNET (Hitnet = Industrial Technology History Materials Common Database),” which allows users to search for materials from Japanese industrial museums. This time, we will hold a mini exhibition introducing four museums out of the 171 museums registered on HITNET, with the keyword “metal.” Please enjoy industrial technology and its history, focusing on Japan’s unique metal and metal processing techniques.<\/p>\n
