In response to the increasing number of tourists visiting Japan, we want to share the deliciousness of Wagyu beef with more people. We want to create a "Japanese steakhouse" that Muslims can enjoy with peace of mind.
Monster Grill Ueno (operated by Revera Co., Ltd.), popular for its hearty steaks and hand-kneaded hamburgers, has started serving Muslim-friendly Wagyu steaks, “Kurohana Beef Steaks,” from June 10, 2025.
Monster Grill Kurohana Beef Steak (Muslim Friendly)
This menu is a set of steak made with halal-certified domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef "Kurohana beef," along with rice, soup, and salad.
All soups and dressings are halal, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind.
*Cooking utensils (knives, cutting boards, tongs, etc.) are stored separately from those for regular menu items.
Although we do not have a halal kitchen or certification, we do our best to "do what we can carefully" based on the idea of being "Muslim friendly."
This menu is also available for take-out , and we welcome enquiries from tour groups, travel agencies and tourism-related parties, as well as reservations and inquiries . We are making preparations to be able to flexibly respond to diverse needs.
