"Aunt Stella's Cookies" are cookies characterized by their crisp texture. This texture is achieved by using a unique blend of flour with carefully selected grain size and gluten viscosity, and by artisans who lovingly prepare each cookie by hand, checking the temperature and humidity of the day.
The rich flavors and aromas of wheat and butter unfold with every bite. Please enjoy to your heart's content the world of Aunt Stella's cookies, where this exquisite harmony of flavors plays out.

"Aunt Stella"
Aunt Stella was a kindergarten teacher in Dutch Country, Pennsylvania. She was skilled at making cookies and cakes, and her large, fragrant cookies even won a village baking contest. Joseph Lee Dunkle, the founder of Aunt Stella's and Aunt Stella's nephew, introduced her flavorful, simple cookies to Japan, which led to the widespread popularity of "Aunt Stella's Cookies."
