To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the program's broadcast and to express our gratitude to our listeners, we will be holding the program's first-ever anniversary event, "J-WAVE 'POP OF THE WORLD' ~10th Anniversary: We Can Only Express Our Gratitude to Our Listeners!~" on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Ueno Onshi Park Outdoor Stage (Suijo Ongakudo) .
The event will feature navigators Harry Sugiyama and Yurina Kawaguchi, who will look back on the past 10 years of broadcasting and deliver a special talk including behind-the-scenes stories you can only hear here. The guest will be K (Kei), a familiar artist on the show, who will perform a live acoustic set!

Additionally, culinary researcher Edajun, who has close ties to the program, will have a food truck selling original food items that can only be enjoyed at the venue on this day.
