2, Introducing "beauty of Jomon texture" on an unprecedented scale
The Jomon period continued for about 10,000 years, and it is widely deployed in the Japanese archipelago beyond 3000 km in the east and west. In this exhibition, we will introduce the "beauty of Jomon textile" from its beginning to the end, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, unchanged in size, while keeping the scale feeling of the Jomon period.
3, now the "Jomon" that attracts attention
Dynamic shaping seen in the Jomon period and the clay figure is unique even in the world history. "Jomon beauty" said that Taro Okamoto and others found the artistic value in the 1950s has been attracting attention again in recent years, and the evaluation is increasing.
