In the sake specialty shop "KURAND SAKE MARKET", we hold an event that you can enjoy sake "Mizunichu" of the Edo period from Friday 25th (Fri) to 31st (Thur) in 2018.
"KURAND SAKE MARKET" is a Japanese sake specialty shop where you can drink and compare over 100 kinds of Japanese sake brewed in unlimited time. "Beautiful juice" is a sake widely enjoyed by commoners in the Edo period. The manufacturing method is almost the same as the current mirin and it is made from rice, rice koji, shochu as a raw material. It is described in past literature that it was "stylish" liquor that everyone can enjoy even women and people who are weak. Detailed recipe is "Beautiful Shochu" which has been discontinued, but Japan's oldest mirin specialized maker Kujirigome Gonen succeeded in reproducing it.
The way to enjoy the store recommended "beautiful lizard" is "beautiful lingyoist lemon sour". Add "Lemon with carbonic acid and raw squeezed lemon" to "Beautiful Shochu" and it will be completed. The refreshing sweetness of beautiful linguishu complements the flavor of lemon, so it is very easy to drink. Other rocks and split with water, you can also feel the natural sweetness of rice drinking into high balls.
