■ What is hmm, -Creator's project?
2020-The world has changed a lot-
Now I feel uneasy about the unpredictable future.
I want to create a place for creators to work in such an era.
And with the power of creativity, I hope that the future of many people will be as bright as possible.
With that in mind, the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum Museum Shop started an art project with creators who support it.
The museum shop and creators will jointly plan museum goods in order to deliver exciting items to those who cannot easily come to the museum.
■ The first theme of the project
The first is to produce T-shirts with 18 creators. The theme is "Creator's favorite masterpieces".
Designed by participating creators with motifs of favorite works, memorable paintings, and influenced painters. It will be on sale for a limited time with the encounters and episodes of paintings inspired by the creators.

May 1, 2021 (Sat) -August 31, 2021 (Tue)
* The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is temporarily closed from April 25th (Sun) to May 11th (Tue). The museum shop will start selling after the museum is reopened. (The period is subject to change.)
