Ewa Inshi LLC is pleased to announce that it will open a Japanese sake bar called "CoMe Stand" at the Hotel CO Kuramae in Kuramae, Tokyo on Monday, April 15, 2024, ahead of the hotel's opening next month.

Kuramae was once the site of a rice storehouse called Asakusa Ogura during the Edo Shogunate, and is a special place where you can feel the history of "rice," which is essential to Japanese food culture. Therefore, the hotel "Hotel CO Kuramae" designed its building with a "rice" theme, and at the sake bar "CoMe Stand" on the first floor, they will serve dishes that allow you to enjoy the deliciousness of sake and "rice."

For the first time since opening our sake bar, we have invited Kana Umamiya, the owner and chef of "KIRAZ" in Meguro ( https://kirazu.net/ ) who is active in many sake events, to supervise the bar. We will always have 10 types of sake available, selected with Umamiya's refined sensibility.

The exterior of the building is unified in pure colors based on the theme of "rice," creating a sophisticated space. The interior has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, with 14 seating spaces and a casual standing bar with 10 seats. Please enjoy this new and exciting space that combines Japanese tradition and innovation.
