Hoppe Town, the food floor of Matsuzakaya Ueno, is holding events with popular shops that change weekly. Starting on Friday, January 3rd, Tokyo Hiyoko, a recommended New Year’s gift, will be available, and 300 lucky bags made with Fukushima beef will be on sale only on Friday, January 3rd. Also, starting on Saturday, January 4th, Tenten’s bite-sized gyoza dumplings, a specialty of Osaka, will be available! We introduce the five hottest gourmet brands at Matsuzakaya Ueno.

“The Tale of the Seven Lucky Chicks” is a collection of seven popular Hakata and Tokyo Chicks, named after the “Seven Lucky Gods” who bring happiness.

Miyakogane Honpo: Mura no Kogane Mochi (1 piece) 250 yen / 1st floor Japanese and Western sweets event space

The rice cakes are made from Miyakogane rice grown by contracted farmers, polished to 50% rice, carefully baked until golden brown, marinated in a special soy sauce sauce, and wrapped in Kanryu nori seaweed produced in Miyagi Prefecture.
