Based on the concept of “hometown food,” this event will focus on the classic ingredients “gyoza” and “karaage” that are loved all over Japan, and will deliver new flavors that incorporate local specialties and ingenuity from all over the country. There will be a wide selection of menu items that highlight the quality of the ingredients while shining with the unique characteristics of each region. In addition to the main dishes of gyoza and karaage, there will also be a lineup of sweets such as shaved ice, gelato, and churros.
