The Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo, in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, is implementing the "Heaven Artist Project." As part of this project, they will be holding "Heaven Artist TOKYO 2026," where Heaven Artists who perform in parks and other locations throughout Tokyo will gather in Ueno Park to showcase their performances and musical talents.

About Heaven Artists
Heaven Artists are artists who have passed an expert review conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and have been granted a license.
Becoming a Heaven Artist allows you to perform music and other performances at designated locations such as Tokyo Metropolitan Parks and private facilities, at a time and date you have reserved.
*This does not permit musical performances or other performances on public streets or other public areas.
