Held at over 100 facilities! “Iyoshi Cola no Yu” will officially start on December 9th.

Iyoshi Cola (GRAND GIFT Co., Ltd.: Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Takahide Kobayashi (Cola Kobayashi)), a craft cola specialty manufacturer and specialty store from Japan, operates 107 hot spring facilities and "Iyoshi Cola no Yu" will start in earnest from December 9th (Saturday), jointly held by .

“Iyoshi Cola no Yu'' is an event where you can enjoy a fragrant craft cola bath using “cola lees'' made from citrus fruits and spices from the production of Ira Cola, as well as specially formulated bath additives.

The squeezed lees produced during the Ira Cola manufacturing process contains many natural ingredients, such as citrus fruits, spices such as cardamom and nutmeg, and kola nuts, which have nourishing and tonic properties. We have prepared a special bathing product called “Iyoshi Cola Hot Spring Mix'' that contains ingredients extracted from this cola lees. By adding cola lees wrapped in non-woven fabric, you can enjoy a cola-scented bath.

It has been held twice so far and has been very well received, but this time, it will be held for the third time and will be held at over 100 hot spring facilities, the largest ever.

  • “Public bath sauna support! Iyoshi Santa” held

  • To express our gratitude to all the bathing facilities that host Iyoshi Cola no Yu, we will be holding a special project called “Public Bath Sauna Support! Iyoshi Santa'' on X (formerly Twitter).

“Public bath sauna support! Iyoshi Santa” campaign overview

With everyone's posts, let's send a present from Santa Iyoshi to your favorite public bath sauna!

During the period, we will send gifts (e.g. kerosene stoves, hair dryers, bath tubs, etc.) to the top 3 public baths and sauna facilities that have received the most posts from users. I will give it to you.

    Implementation period: December 9, 2023 (Sat) – December 31, 2023 (Sun)

    Implementation medium: X (formerly Twitter)

    way to participate:

    1. Follow Iyoshicola official account (@iyoshicola).

    2. Take photos of Ira Cola inside each facility

3.Repost the campaign post by adding "#IyoshiCola" and "#〇〇yu (facility name)" along with the photo.

    Aggregation method:

・The campaign management headquarters will search for relevant posts during the period using hashtags and tally the results.

・Multiple posts to the same facility by one account will be counted as one post.

・It is possible to post about multiple facilities with one account.

・If it is difficult to distinguish the facility from the photo because there are facilities with the same name, the Campaign Management Headquarters will make the decision.

・If the account is private, it will not be counted.

    Result announcement:

・After the campaign ends, an announcement will be made on the Ira Cola official account.

・The top three facilities will be contacted directly by the campaign management headquarters.

・There is a limit on the amount of gifts that can be sent, so this will be determined after consulting with the facility.

  • Biography of representative Takahide Kobayashi (Cola Kobayashi)

  • Born in Tokyo in 1989. Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Hokkaido University and then the Graduate School of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo. During his student days, he was such a “cola fanatic'' that he traveled overseas and drank cola all over the world.

Joined ADK and while working as an event planner, began exploring his favorite cola creation.

In the process of research, he discovered a cola recipe online that was over 100 years old. Furthermore, through trial and error, he wondered if it was possible to create a Japanese cola, and discovered the blending techniques and craftsmanship of his grandfather, Ryotaro Ito, who was a Japanese and Chinese herbalist.

By applying his grandfather's legacy to a cola recipe from over 100 years ago, he succeeded in creating Ira Cola, a craft cola from Japan.

After retiring from ADK, he started his activities in earnest as "Cola Kobayashi". In 2018, he established GRAND GIFT Co., Ltd. in order to create "global drinks originating from Japan that are called Coca-Pepsi-Iyoshi."

  • About Ira Cola

  • Ira Cola is made in Shimotsaiai, Tokyo, on the site of the Japanese and Chinese herbal workshop “Iyoshi Yakko,'' which was opened in 1955 by Ryotaro Ito, the grandfather of Takahide Kobayashi, also known as “Cola Kobayashi.'' . In addition to the Ira Cola Main Store Shimoai, the Shibuya Jingumae store was opened. In collaboration with about 30 public baths across the country, we offer authentic craft cola baths and offer a craft cola experience unique to Japan. Furthermore, we are continuing to take on new challenges, such as producing a new type of sake by fermenting cola lees with rice and a sake brewery. Also sold at Lawson, Natural Lawson, Isetan Shinjuku Store, Queen's Isetan, Tsutaya Shoten, DEAN & DELUCA, and Ikebukuro Seibu.
