■ About "WAW Ueno"
This facility is equipped with fully private rooms and conference rooms to improve work efficiency, and you can work comfortably in the high-quality space that only a hotel can offer, such as having meetings or business negotiations in a comfortable lounge, or refreshing in the cafe or terrace. It is available to both WAW contracted customers and hotel guests.

There are eight individual workspaces equipped with monitors and fully private rooms that allow you to concentrate. We provide a comfortable working environment for web conferences, solo work, studying, etc.

There is one conference room that can accommodate four people. It is equipped with a microphone and monitor and can be used for a variety of purposes, such as web conferences, business negotiations with guests, and online meetings with multiple people.
・Entrance lounge
The cozy lounge is an ideal place for meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as for communication between members. In addition, when using the shared office, you can use the cafe "&Here Cafe" on the first floor at a discounted rate*2.
·Big bath
If you are using the shared office, you can use the large public bath (open-air bath and indoor bath) on the top floor. Please use it to refresh yourself between work*3.
·terrace
The terrace, an open space adjacent to the lounge, is surrounded by greenery and is a great place to take a break or change your mood.
*2: Guests are required to purchase items from the cafe before using the facility.

A space that gives shape to "WORK AND WONDER": This is a members-only shared office operated by Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate with the concepts of "exciting feelings, exciting space" and "WA (harmony, circle) = a place where connections and expansion can be built from scratch."
We believe that in order to produce WAW while working, a solid foundation of conditions is necessary. We have established an environment in both soft and hard aspects based on the themes of "OPENNESS" (a place where companies and people, and companies themselves, can connect without barriers) and "WELLNESS" (health and a healthy mind and body; being well-being) as the base of "WORK." We operate spaces and services at five locations in Tokyo (two locations in Nihonbashi and Akasaka, Kanda and Shinagawa).
