KURAMAE CANNELÉ is a shop specializing in freshly baked canelés. It operates a take-out counter (1st floor) selling "Kuramae Canelés", freshly baked canelés made in the attached workshop, and the KURAMAE CANNELÉ CAFE (2nd floor) which serves dessert plates paired with "Grand Canelés", a premium canelé made using eggs specifically for canelés.

Please enjoy the matcha sauce you made by pouring it over fresh cheesecake served in a bowl with raspberry granita and bean paste. We also recommend putting it on "Grand Canelé", a premium canelé made with eggs specially made for canelés, which is a specialty of "KURAMAE CANNELÉ CAFE".
