Decorated with classic ingredients such as tomatoes and wakame seaweed, and topped with shrimp in the center, you can arrange the toppings such as shredded egg and jellyfish to your liking. Akasaka Rikyu is a Cantonese restaurant that offers dishes with a gentle and calming texture, based on the authentic taste inherited from the previous owner, Tan Hikoaki, and adapted to the four seasons of Japan. The “Rikyu Cold Noodles” are very popular in the summer and are available in two special menus. The first is the “Seafood Tomato Cold Noodles” that uses a tomato sauce, which is rare in Chinese cuisine. It uses a generous amount of OSMIC tomatoes with a sugar content of 20 degrees, and you can enjoy the addictive sweetness, richness, and refreshing taste.
