The first station local fair “MEGURIP” will be held! The first fair will be the Hokuriku local support fair “Hokuriku MEGURIP”!

Explore Tokyo Station and other station areas and experience the charms of the Hokuriku region! The event will run from October 1st (Tue) to December 31st (Tue)

 

JR East Cross Station Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / CEO: Nishino Fuminao) will hold the Hokuriku region support fair “Hokuriku MEGURIP” at Gransta Tokyo, NewDays and other stores from October 1st (Tuesday) to December 31st (Tuesday), where they will sell limited edition products and hold events.

In line with the Hokuriku Destination Campaign, which the JR Group is carrying out in cooperation with the local community, “Hokuriku MEGURIP” will promote the campaign by selling products made with ingredients from the Hokuriku region, collaborative products with Hokuriku region companies, famous sweets, and local products at various stores operated by JR East Cross Station.

In addition, during this period, we will be holding events unique to our company, centered around the “Ishikawa Farmers Market,” which will be held at the event space “Square Zero” on the first basement floor inside the JR Tokyo Station ticket gates, providing customers with an exciting experience that makes them feel like they are touring the Hokuriku region.

Sakes with various characteristics have been gathered from breweries in the three Hokuriku prefectures of Fukui, Ishikawa, and Toyama, which are some of Japan’s leading sake producing regions.

To further enhance the flavor of sake, we suggest pairing it with sake vessels that highlight the techniques of traditional craftsmanship and “sake fish,” which use seafood caught in the Sea of Japan.
