“Ebi Tsukemen” has been very popular in the past. This time, we have added a flavored oil that is packed with the umami of a large amount of shrimp to the dipping sauce, and blended it with a special shrimp spiciness made by slowly and thoroughly frying shrimp, chili peppers, and onions. This is a bowl that has been thoroughly thought out and achieved the perfect balance of umami and spiciness.
