Product Introduction
■ Sake-type Anpan Sakura
The “smooth bean paste” made from Hokkaido red beans and salted cherry blossoms blend perfectly with the sake dough.
■ Sake-based sweet bean bun Ogura
This is a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of “tsubuan” (bean paste) made with red beans from Hokkaido.
■ Sake-type bean paste bun Amaou strawberry
Richly sweet Amaou strawberry paste is wrapped in sake yeast dough and topped with fruity Amaou strawberry jam.
■Chocolate cornet
Traditional handmade bread in the shape of a conch shell, filled with chocolate cream.
■ Kimuraya Curry Bread
This is a curry bread made by wrapping curry in chewy dough and deep frying it.
This curry bread is made with a unique beef-based curry filling that includes potatoes, onions, and more, making it a curry bread that can only be found at Kimuraya, as the product name suggests.
■ Cream Melon
The cream containing melon pulp, cut into large pieces to enhance its flavor and texture, is wrapped in a soft dough made with domestic wheat. The melon rind, which has been made with an increased amount of melon puree, is flavorful and has a crispy texture.
*Domestic wheat…50% of the flour used in the dough (excluding biscuit dough)
■ Bean Jam with Butter and Whip
Soft French dough that brings out the wheat flavor is combined with bean paste and whipped butter.
You can enjoy the delicious bean paste butter with the sweetness of the bean paste and the richness of the butter.
■ Fully ripe (6 pieces)
Long-term fermentation at low temperatures brings out the aroma and sweetness of the wheat flour, and by adding rice flour and kneading the dough, you can enjoy a moist, chewy texture.
