“KURAMAE CANNELÉ Ecute Ueno Store” (operated by CLASSIC INC., CEO: Toshikatsu Kayaba, head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a takeaway canelé specialty store located inside Ueno Station, will be selling “Chocolate Chip Financiers” for a limited time only from February 1st (Saturday) to 28th (Friday). These financiers have a fun texture and are only available in Ueno. They are recommended as a small Valentine’s gift.

KURAMAE CANNELÉ Ecute Ueno, the second store of KURAMAE CANNELÉ, a freshly baked canelé specialty store in Kuramae, Tokyo, opened in January of this year inside Oyatsu Park on the third floor of Ueno Station.

They sell “Curamae Canelés,” freshly baked canelés made in the attached workshop, which is a specialty of the main store, as well as “Panda Soft Serve” which contains chopped canelés and is only available at the Ecute Ueno store.

Financiers are usually made with burnt butter, but the financiers at “KURAMAE CANNELÉ” are made without burnt butter, so that you can enjoy the rich aroma of cultured butter as it is.

This popular financier will now be available exclusively at the Ecute Ueno store as “Chocolate Chip Financier,” perfect for Valentine’s Day.
