Following last year, Japan FM Network Co., Ltd. (JFNC) will be broadcasting the special program “Ueno Bunka Juku,” linked to the Tokyo Spring Music Festival 2025, one of the largest classical music festivals in Japan, on the digital audio distribution service AuDee.

The “Tokyo Spring Music Festival 2025” (hereinafter referred to as the Tokyo Spring Festival) is one of Japan’s largest classical music festivals, set in the spring when the cherry blossoms bloom in Ueno. This year it will be held for approximately 40 days from Friday, March 14th to Sunday, April 20th.

The musical stages will take place in Ueno, Tokyo, including Ueno Onshi Park, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Tokyo University of the Arts, the former Tokyo Music School Concert Hall, Tokyo National Museum, National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, National Museum of Western Art, and The Ueno Royal Museum, and will liven up Ueno with music.

We want to spread the charm of Ueno, the home of the Tokyo Spring Festival, to more people!

The special AuDee program that was broadcast last year to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the festival was so well received that Season 2 will be broadcast !

We will deliver the charm of Ueno, which boasts a rich history and has many different faces, in a total of 10 episodes, with guest lecturers for each episode. Each episode will also feature a “musical anecdote” linked to the theme.
