FRIANDS GALLERY is a financier specialty store that opened in Ginza in February 2022 with the concept of adult financiers to enjoy with wine.
We have been loved by many customers and have now reached our second anniversary by pursuing the finest financiers, including our signature product, the Salted Caramel Financier, the White Truffle Financier which has been featured on television programs and the Uji Matcha Financier which uses matcha from Miyako Saryo in Kyoto.
We are involved in a wide range of activities, including product development for popular sweets shops and inns.
