Experience Taiwanese culture with all five senses – “Taiwan Culture Festival 2025” to be held at Ueno Park, Takenodai Square (Fountain Square)

The Taiwan Fa Festival Executive Committee will hold the event on August 29th (Fri), 30th (Sat), and 31st (Sun) in 2025.

The Taiwan Faasai 2025 will be held at Ueno Park, Takenodai Square (Fountain Square).

This event, modeled after a Taiwanese night market, will feature Taiwanese food such as authentic Xiaolongbao, Lu Rou Fan, and Dai Ji Bai, as well as a market area with Taiwanese goods. There will also be a full range of content that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including target practice games, tarot and palm readings, and lucky calligraphy by flower calligraphers.

Performances such as lion dances and the Third Prince are also scheduled, making this a valuable three days where you can experience Taiwanese culture with all your senses.

We are looking for volunteer staff to help us.

All communication with the volunteer organization will be done through the Taiwan Fa Festival Volunteer Official LINE.

Time: 9:00 – 21:30 (20:30 on Sundays only) *Will proceed even if it rains / Will be cancelled if it is stormy

You can participate for as little as one day depending on your schedule.

Please try to attend the entire day if possible. Activity times are tentative.

Participation conditions

Those who meet the following conditions

・Age 18 or older

・Those who have no problem participating in outdoor activities

・Those who can take part in group activities

Activities (planned)

・Preparation and dismantling of the festival

・Eco Station operation (guiding customers on waste separation and waste transportation)

・Clean up the venue (picking up trash and cleaning food and drink tables)

・Distribution of pamphlets on the day

・Stage assistance (equipment delivery, directing related vehicles, waiting room management, etc.)

・Other event management assistance

Teams will be formed on the day of the event.

With the exception of a few people, activities will be carried out in rotation among each person in charge.

Activity positions and team composition will be announced on the day.
