Hoppe Town, the food floor of Matsuzakaya Ueno, is holding events featuring popular shops on a weekly basis. In November, famous location bentos will be appearing in a relay format! From Wednesday, November 6th, Kappo Bojoki's nori bento will be available for the first time. From Wednesday, November 13th, keep an eye out for the curry from Aubergine, which is popular for its location bentos. We introduce 8 of the hottest gourmet brands at Matsuzakaya Ueno.

<Kappo Bojoju> Five-star Nori Bento with Grilled Salmon Belly (1 meal) 1,280 yen / 1st basement floor Hoppe Town Exhibition Hall

Winner of the "Gold Award" at the 1st Japan Location Bento Awards in 2024. The most popular dish since the restaurant opened. Fatty salmon belly is marinated in a mixture of ingredients and aged, then grilled to bring out its delicious flavor.

Winner of the Grand Prize at the 1st Japan Location Bento Awards in 2024. A beef curry made by simmering domestic beef belly with aromatic vegetables until tender, and a chicken curry made by sauteing young chicken thighs in olive oil.
