◇My time
We offer creative dishes that combine Japanese cuisine with Western elements, tempura, clay pot rice, and a wide variety of drinks, mainly sake.
The restaurant's name comes from the Kyoto dialect "jibunji," which means "the appropriate time for that thing/the fixed time for each day's meal." Guests can relax in a private space with soft lighting and a warm, plain wood feel.
The first store opened in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture in September 2018, and as of February 13th, there are 25 stores.
