With the passage of the Integrated Resort (IR) Development Promotion Bill, it will be possible to enjoy casinos in Japan in 2030, which has led to the popularity of poker and casino games.
NK Shoji Co., Ltd. opened BLOW Casino Nagarekawa, the largest in western Japan, in Hiroshima prefecture last year, and opened its second store, Roppongi Gold store, in July of this year, and the Ueno store will be its third store.
The BLOW Group is the group with the largest number of arcades in Japan in the amusement casino industry, and is expanding the number of arcades it opens in line with the recent poker and casino boom.

The store, which opened on the third floor of a newly built building a five-minute walk from Ueno Station or Okachimachi Station, has a marble-like interior with a black and gold base, accented by the bright purple of the casino tables. The store uses the same scent as casino facilities in Las Vegas, making you feel like you’re in a real casino. This comprehensive amusement casino store, complete with not only poker but also roulette tables, is the first of its kind in the Ueno area.

An attractive system where you can drink as much as you want as long as you have tips
When you enter, you can purchase the amount of chips you want (minimum ￥5,000 = $150) and enjoy unlimited alcohol and soft drinks while playing games. Any remaining chips can be saved at the store when you leave, and the next time you visit, you can withdraw the chips and play unlimited drinks for only the entrance fee of ￥1,000. There are five types of casino games, and you can move between games.
