The Sushi Kagerou Project is located in one of Tokyo’s best locations, just 30 seconds’ walk from Ueno Station, and serves authentic sushi, each piece carefully prepared by young staff members.

Because it is offered at an exceptionally low cost , you can easily enjoy high-quality sushi that would normally be out of your reach.

The toppings served here are of the same quality as the high-end restaurants mentioned above, and the rice, which forms the core of the sushi, is made with aged red vinegar, so the flavor that spreads in your mouth with each bite is exceptional.

*The project name represents the appearance and disappearance of things like mayflies for a limited period of time. Mayflies refer to the state in which the air appears to rise up from the ground, flickering and shimmering like flames, so the name was chosen with the connotation of heat in mind.
