Having dedicated 70 years to yakiniku in Ueno's Ameyoko district, we have arrived at the concept of "yakiniku that is enjoyed for its lingering flavor rather than its quantity," and will be opening "Yakiniku Yan" on June 5th, 2026 (Friday).
In recent years, while the number of restaurants offering "all-you-can-eat" options and emphasizing a sense of "guilty pleasure" has increased, more and more people are becoming concerned about the heaviness and fatigue they feel after eating. "Yakiniku Yan" is a new type of restaurant that offers a yakiniku experience that goes beyond simply filling up, addressing the need for a meal that helps you "refresh" after work or a sauna session. "Yakiniku can be lighter than that."

"Salted offal + lemon sour"
The offal served is approximately 40g per plate. By intentionally serving small portions, we've created a setup where you can enjoy the flavor of each part little by little. With homemade savory salt, a refreshing citrus drink to cut through the fat, and condiments on the table, you can adjust the taste to suit your physical condition and mood. "This isn't 'yakiniku to eat a lot of,' but 'yakiniku to prepare yourself.'"
Grilled meat can be lighter than this."
In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Ueno, we aimed to create a yakiniku experience that could be enjoyed quietly and peacefully, rather than a noisy, boisterous one.

Enjoy it in your own preferred way.
