★How to make a reservation★
- Please select your desired menu and the date and time of your visit from the reservation page below.
- “BLACKSTAR×Sanrio characters TeamW Basket” and “BLACKSTAR×Sanrio characters TeamB Basket” are only available by reservation by 3:00 PM the day before. Please be sure to select a menu if you wish to order.
- All other food and drinks can be ordered on the day. Sanrio Characters Garden Cafe menu items other than the collaboration menu can also be ordered.
- Our restaurant has three seating categories: table seats, counter seats, character sofa seats, and VIP rooms, but you can order from the collaboration menu regardless of which seat you choose.
A table charge will be incurred for each group for the “Character Sofa Seats” and “VIP Rooms.” Please see the reservation page for details.
[Notes regarding reservations]
- Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reservations for April 22 to April 28 will open from 6:00 PM on Friday, March 28. After that, reservations for the dates one month later will open at midnight.
Example) Reservations for April 30th (Wednesday) start at midnight on March 30th (Sunday) - Customers participating in this collaboration will automatically receive the following drink plan upon entry.All-you-can-drink plan (includes tea bar/soft drink bar, various cafe machines, and a bonus coaster for admission) 1,200 yen including tax *Collaboration drinks are not included in the all-you-can-drink plan.
- We do not accept reservations for this collaboration by phone. Please make your reservation through the reservation page above.
- If there are vacant seats, we can accommodate you on the day without a reservation, but we recommend making a reservation in advance to reduce congestion.
