Hoppe Town, the food floor of Matsuzakaya Ueno, is holding events featuring popular shops every week. Starting on Wednesday, April 23rd, Yakantei, a store specializing in instant ramen, will be introducing local ramen from all over Japan. We recommend enjoying a taste test over Golden Week, or stocking up on some to look forward to. Also, keep an eye out for the ever-popular Kameju’s dorayaki! Once you try these fluffy dorayaki, perfect for a snack, you’ll be hooked. A must-see for anyone wanting to relax at home over Golden Week! We introduce 8 of Matsuzakaya Ueno’s latest gourmet brands that you can enjoy at home.

A huge collection of local ramen from all over Japan! A selection of the finest ramen carefully selected by Yamato Ichiro, an instant noodle enthusiast who is active in many media outlets, from over 30,000 meals he has eaten! You’ll also find some unusual ramen that you won’t find anywhere else! Enjoy the world of instant ramen.

The popular “Tuna Sushi” is made with tuna that has been raised with the bounty of nature. Both the nigiri and rolled tuna sushi are appealingly large.

Kikuya Nakamura has been loved as the kitchen of Tsukiji. This delicious stew is made with Tsukiji octopus, which is sourced from high-quality ingredients from all over the country. The soft texture when you put it in your mouth is appealing.

This beef bowl-style bento consists of minced beef and stewed beef on top of rice cooked with “Domannaka” rice from Yamagata Prefecture.
