It’s happening again this year! All Puzzle & Dragons users, from beginners to professional players, can enjoy it! The big Puzzle & Dragons eSports event “Puzzle & Dragons Premier Series 2024” will start again this year from Saturday, June 15th!

Following on from 2023, Yoshimoto Kogyo Co., Ltd. has decided to hold the following event starting on Saturday, June 15th under the title "Puzzle & Dragons Premier Series 2024" in cooperation with GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc., the operator of the smartphone puzzle RPG "PUZZLE & DRAGONS (hereinafter referred to as Puzzle & Dragons)."

Like last year, the "Puzzle & Dragons Premier Series 2024" will mainly feature two types of "1-day tournaments with prize money": the "MASTER Tournament," which is open only to professional players, and the "CHALLENGE Tournament," which anyone can participate in, allowing many Puzzle & Dragons users to have fun and take on the challenge.

The prizes for first place in the "MASTER Tournament" are 500,000 yen, second place 100,000 yen, and third place 50,000 yen.The prizes for first place in the "CHALLENGE Tournament" are 100,000 yen and second place 50,000 yen.

There will be free game viewing and special benefits for participants and visitors, and the event will also be a great opportunity for Puzzle & Dragons users to interact with each other.

The opening round on Saturday, June 15th #1 will feature Panther, who are well known for their Puzzle & Dragons events and commercials, and on Saturday, July 20th #2 will feature Robert Yamamoto and Girly Records as MCs to liven up the event!

At this stage, we will only be able to make announcements for Saturday, June 15th and Saturday, July 20th, but we are currently making arrangements for the Puzzle & Dragons Premier Series 2024, so we will make further announcements on our official website and social media.

◆How to compete

Score competition using "8-player quick battle"

◆Tournament Format

Drawing lots: Participants will be drawn by lottery into a tournament with a total of 16 blocks, with a maximum of 8 members from each block.

First Round: Each block will compete against each other, and the top two players (total of 32 players) will advance to the second round.

Second Round: The 32 players who won the first round will be divided into four blocks according to the tournament. The top three players from each block will

(12 in total) advanced to the semi-finals.

Semi-finals: 4 professional player slots will be added. The 4 players who won the professional player slots and the 12 who won the second round will be the 16 players in total.

They will be divided into two blocks and the top four from each block will advance to the finals.

Final: The eight winners from the semi-finals will compete against each other to determine the winner.
