July 3rd (Wed) to July 9th (Tue), 2024 Matsuzakaya Ueno Store, 1st basement floor and 1st floor Hoppe Town event space

 

Hoppe Town, the food floor of Matsuzakaya Ueno, is holding events with popular shops that change weekly. Starting on July 3rd (Wednesday), dorayaki from Kameju, a popular Asakusa shop that is one of the three major dorayaki shops in Tokyo and always has a long line, will be available. In addition, Wan-ya will be offering a seafood bento, and Yamacho Hasegawa Shoten will be offering salmon roe pickled in soy sauce, among other luxurious seafood items for a limited time only! We introduce the six hottest gourmet brands at Matsuzakaya Ueno.

This dish is made by marinating salmon eggs in soy sauce. It is characterized by its beautiful color, crunchy texture, and rich flavor that spreads in your mouth.
