It is a rice ball in the style of "Toge no Kamameshi", an ekiben that has been popular since it was released in 1958. Cooked rice with bamboo shoots, burdock roots and shiitake mushrooms, topped with chicken, shiitake mushrooms and chestnuts. We have reproduced the fun appearance when opening the Kamameshi on the pass.

    Fukagawa-meshi style rice balls

    250 yen (tax included)
    Supervised by Daimasu Nihonbashi
It is a Tokyo specialty "Fukagawa-meshi" style rice ball. We squeezed with Asari-flavored rice with "Fukagawa-boiled Asari" lightly finished with Edo sweet miso and ginger and "Roasted burdock" with a rich aroma. The taste of Asari and the refreshing ginger are effective.
