    The GOOD IDEA Competition (commonly known as G!C) was launched as a company-wide project to give shape to ideas that will please customers and everyone involved in the DD Group. bottom.

    Under the slogan, “ Make Your Ideas the Power of the Company, ” the foundation is an in-house competition in which ideas are solicited broadly and fairly from all DD Group employees, regardless of career, position, department, etc.

    The impetus for moving the project was the result of an engagement survey conducted in 2022. In response to the question, "Do you think there are opportunities for employees to participate in decision-making regarding work and the working environment?" It became clear that 60% of employees feel that they are not involved in the company's decision-making. We took this situation seriously and set up a project team with the desire to solve it.

    The logo was also decided through a competition among in-house designers. With the hope that each and every one of our employees will be able to freely demonstrate their ideas, we have created a design in which the “!” mark, which is the mark of inspiration and ideas, stretches upward and gives a feeling of momentum. This logo is also the origin of the common name of the project, "G!C".

    For the “Drink and Food Product Development” category, we purposely defined it as “proposing to other brands, not to the brand to which we belong ”. We have a wide variety of brands, and we expected that the development capabilities of our on-site staff, who continue to make steady efforts to refine each brand, and their capabilities will create synergies within the Group that transcend the boundaries of brands.

    The “Rainy Sky Cafe Menu” was an application from a staff member who usually engages in the amusement business as a menu proposal for the cafe business. In the actual product development, the chef of the “chano-ma” brand devised the recipe, and the expected synergy within the group realized the idea as a menu to be offered to customers.
