At Hoppe Town, the food floor of the Matsuzaka Ueno store, events are held at popular shops that change weekly. From February 7th (Wednesday), sweets made with rich matcha will be available from the long-established Uji tea shop Tsuji Rihei Honten and Shinshu-ri no Kakobo. In addition, "raw" bread from Nogami, which was selected as the Grand Prix winner of the Japan Food Selection, will be available for a limited time! Introducing 7 of the latest gourmet brands from Matsuzaka Ueno store.

<Tsuji Rihei Main Store> (Left) Uji Matcha Raw Chocolate (18 pieces) 1,404 yen (Right) Kyoto Matcha Bamboo Baum (1 piece) 1,944 yen / 1st floor Japanese and Western confectionery event space

(Left) The high-quality matcha used for koicha is kneaded into fresh cream and rich white chocolate, and the final touch is Junmai Ginjo sake from Fushimi, Kyoto, as a secret ingredient. This is the proud sweets of Hyoe Honten.

(Right) Kyoto is proud of the beauty and elegance of bamboo. The fabric is luxuriously made with Uji matcha and fresh cream, and the soft and rich matcha flavor is trapped in the bamboo, making it a stylish item to look at.

A Japanese sweet made with Shinshu Ina chestnut paste wrapped in bittersweet ganache. This is an assortment of two types: “Cocoa'' with a touch of brandy and “Matcha'' with a slight scent of Japanese sake.
