Four metropolitan zoos and aquariums, including Ueno Zoo, introduce Asoview’s e-ticket service

The tickets will go on sale at Ueno Zoo, Tama Zoo, Inokashira Park Zoo, and Kasai Rinkai Aquarium from Thursday, June 13th. The tickets are available in multiple languages and can be delivered to groups at once, with the aim of improving visitor satisfaction and the quality of public facility management.

Asoview Inc., which provides the Urakata Series SaaS that promotes digital transformation for tourism, leisure, and cultural facilities, will begin offering the Urakata Ticket e-ticket service at Ueno Zoo (Taito-ku, Tokyo), Tama Zoo (Hino-shi, Tokyo), Inokashira Park Zoo (Musashino-shi, Tokyo), and Kasai Rinkai Aquarium (Edogawa-ku, Tokyo) from Thursday, June 13, 2024. With this introduction, the number of public facilities that currently handle e-ticket sales at our company has increased to 87*.

Tokyo Metropolitan Zoos and Aquariums (Ueno Zoo, Tama Zoo, Inokashira Park Zoo, and Kasai Rinkai Aquarium) have been selling tickets online since 2021. They have introduced reverse ticketing to make electronic tickets more convenient, such as allowing multiple people to arrive at the same time (entrance reception) and providing multiple languages for foreign visitors to Japan.
