Matsuzakaya Ueno store will be holding a “Limited Time Food Festival” from August 7th (Wed) to September 3rd (Tue) to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hoppe Town, the food floor that opened in 2014. This is the second installment of the festival following the one in April, and this time we will be offering a variety of great summer deals, or “Summer Bags”! A total of 22 different summer bags will be available, ranging from special meat sets at great value to assortments of popular products from Japanese and Western confectionery brands. This month is packed with “limited time” deals, including additional portions and limited-time openings by popular stores.

The food section “Hoppe Town”, which opened in 2014, has Japanese and Western sweets on the first floor, and daily ingredients, side dishes, bento boxes, and fresh foods on the basement floor. It is one of the largest food floors in the region, welcoming customers with the concepts of “a relaxing space you can drop in every day” and “a new food section that is serious about deliciousness”.
