March 25, 2015: Cherry trees in Ueno Park. As shown in the picture above, most cherry trees are not ready to bloom yet. Only Kanzakura (winter-flowering cherry) trees are showing its beautiful flowers. Expecting a number of people to come to Ueno Park for “Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) party,” big trash boxes for different types of wastes have already been set.

Yoshino cherry trees were not ready to bloom yet, but some branches were coming into bud! By the way, it is surprising and great to see a number of tourists from other Asian countries enjoying the Ueno Park.

Around the Kaeru-no-funsui, stands for “frog fountain,” Kanzakura (winter-flowering cherry) was almost in full bloom. There were so many foreign tourists taking picture of the beautiful flowering tree.
